Review content:
We carefully researched childcare options in our area and found that Luv n Care had no violations with the state inspectors and had good reviews. We had our son here for over a year and had some great experiences with the staff in 2 different rooms, but struggled with the turnover of teachers in the other rooms. It is not comforting to see new faces when going to pick up or drop off your child. I think daycare facilities need to help parents transition when kids are moved from different rooms by giving them timely notice of the move, what to expect in the new room (like schedule, activities), and - most importantly, who works in the rooms that will be caring for your child. A handout would cover this. Childcare is the toughest job and not for everyone, but you have to think that the high turnover that the staff must be due to inadequate pay or lack of support/training. I think there are some wonderful and caring teachers at Luv N Care but they have issues with turnover.
Pros: some great caregivers, clean
Cons: High turnover of teachers
