You might have to wait a bit(most all shops are that way) you will get a honest mechanic that is going to fix your car right and not pad your bill with unnecessary charges and parts. They also sell salvage used parts.So far every part i have needed for both of my cars this company has had. The employees get straight to the point and don't talk alot so don't expect chit chat. I don't think waiting along time should be considered a bad review unless the work was shotty and a person was over charged. I think if you have the time you should give this place a chance-it is hard to find a honest fair priced shop here in Houston...
