got the carpets very clean. didn't take too long to dry. very friendly worker. showed up on time, didn't keep me waiting for any 4 hour time frame. was very careful of my furniture. The house smelled fresh afterwards but not like chemicals. Really great job I will use them again as well as recomend them to anyone.\r
