We've ordered sandwiches here several times, shopped in the store and generally they've been great. But they are completely inconsistent. One time the sandwich comes as described in the menu, the next time you get something completely different, and when we called to complain we were treated as if we had done something wrong. When you order the sandwiches by number, there really shoudn't be any confusion, but instead of smoked turkey they send roast turkey, and instead of a honey dijon, they slather it in a spicy deli mustard. The management doesn't understand why this is a problem, why would you want to get the sandwich that you ordered? The last time they botched our order we called them, and they remade the sandwiches only to make the exact same mistakes as before. This time we checked before the delivery man left, and when we discovered the same mistake we called back, and were hung up on by the manager but not before he demanded $2,000, and asked if we wanted sugar in our coffee, despite the fact that we didn't order any. All we really wanted to know is what dressing they normally put on the sandwich so this wouldn't happen again, but either the manager had no idea what type of mustard is on his sandwiches, even though it's listed in the menu, or he doesn't care. Needless to say the cost and aggravation is not worth it, do not patronize this establishment, unless you are a sado-masochist. Pros: Good bread Cons: Awful customer service and inconsistent food.
