Review content:
I subscribed the contact lenses at Bella Vision in year 2004. It was prescribed by Derrick Choe. The contact lenses I got didn't fit well and caused me trouble in reading and driving. I went back to exchange twice and still didn't work. \r \r On my third visit, Derrick Choe started to urge me go by Laser surgery. He claimed that contact lenses wouldn't work for me. I didn't take it since I have been with contact lenses for 10+ years and didn't have any problems before.\r \r When I called to request the forth visit, his assistant Chuck rejected my visit. He also refused to refund the lenses fee, exam fee, and fitting fee. When I requested to confirm this with Choe, Chuck said Dr. Choe was very busy in making money and with other patients and before I paid a new fitting fee, talking with the doctor over the phone was not allowed.\r \r This was the first time I heard this type of response from a doctor's assisnt or probably from the doctor's words.\r \r I strongly urge you not go to Bella vision---a greedy store that only cares about making money out of you.\r \r ps. I visited another optometric store afterward and I got the contact lenses that fit very well.
