I arrived on time for my appointment, I was greeted and told to wait. I waited for 20 whole minutes. As I sat there the the front staff and another stylist stood and talked. Did not offer me anything, would sometimes just stare at me, etc. They were very rude. I was never offered an explanation of why on my very first appointment I was waiting 20 minutes. That would have been nice, followed up with an apology. Once I was finally seen, she was not that warm. She did not really listen to what I was wanting. She gave me the WORST hair cut I have ever received in this city. I have lived here a long time. She did not even bother to dry my hair properly. You know how usually when you leave the salon, your hair is beautiful and they have dried it in a way that you could never make it look? Well, she made me look like a scarecrow! I hated the cut.
