It is so important to have excellent customer service for any business bcz that is how your business grow and should be built on. This Company Superior Rentals & Design customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered on the phone.. I regret that I even called them, it makes no sense at all to be that sucky to people when they do not have to use your business. I refuse, refuse, refuse, refuse to be spoken to in a crazy manner when I am spending my money to enhance any business. I work for a large organization and we could have used this service for the many programs we sponsor.....but because the Customer Service Sucks!!!!!!! They can keep their poor customer service and their tents and shove it up their..... You get the pictures.. Tents come in dime a dozen and do not have to use your poor customer service organization. ((((Poor People Skills))))
