I had one problem with my truck ( vibration in the rear axle ) I explained in detail where I wanted them to look(rear axle). Which they typed into the repair order, that i have a copy of. They didn't look at the rear axle the first time I took it there. Instead they replaced a U-joint for $140 and said all was good.\r I picked it up, and I still have the same vibration. I wonder If I'm just crazy. So I take it back the next morning and have one of the mechanics drive it with me in it, and he agrees that there is a vibration in the rear. They look at it for a couple of days, tear open the rear axle don't call me at all to let me know what's going on. I call them and they say the rears in great condition come and get it. I show up to a bill for $257.00, and they tell me they put in another U Joint. I drive off and still have the vibration in the rear. Thanks to the TOY STORE for charging $400 to replace 2 U-joints that weren't the problem(I have replaced U-Joints beforeand it would take a skilled mechanic with the right tools less than an hour to do both) , also offering me no answers. I understand it takes time to diagnose the problem and time is money but $400 later I still have the same issue and no answers. Thanks for nothing TOY STORE. I know lots of people with Toyotas, and they will hear about this.
