Review content:
I have used Passport travel many times over several years, as they are the contract travel agency for my employer. About 2 trips in 3 have gone fairly smoothly, which is always appreciated. However, other trips have been plagued by errors and, much worse, a lack of response from Passport when confronted with problems or questions. This is in addition to many simple enquiries (""Can I get a flight to Vancouver next week?"") that have also gone unanswered. Ironically, my boss (who controls the pursestrings) receives better treatment, while my fellow peons (over a dozen and counting) keep getting tripped up. This leads me to wonder if they are in fact capable but only when they feel it is to their benefit. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and just say that they're maddeningly inconsistent. 2 out of 3 correct? That's a D-. Pros: Sometimes convenient Cons: Often unresponsive; impatient / unattentive service; errors not uncommon
