Things started great, but once they had my money the service was non existence. My wife and I had used them to plan our first trip to Hawaii. We were looking for this to be perfect for our first time. My wife has physical disabilities so part of our requirements were, a room with a view, no stairs and a king bed. When we got to the room we had a great view, but stairs down to the living room and a double bed. When we called the agent to discuss these matters we were told we could check out get our money back and find our own place. Not the way we wanted to start our vacation. Upon returning we called and talked to the manager, they were apologetic and were to call back once they had discussed it. Several weeks pasted and we were going to refer a family member to plan a trip for them. We called to ask for a recommendation for another agent. They never called back. We called back and asked why we were not called back from the time before or this time. The response from the manager was “ We didn’t feel there was anything we could do about the bad experience so why call back”. Totally unprofessional, when told that we would not be referring anyone else them, their comment was “were sorry you feel that way” and left it at that. When you treat your customers like that it’s a wonder they are still in business. I will take make travel arrangements going forward myself using the internet. Prices are much better and I won’t pay money to be treated rude. With a little research of your own you can plan the same quality trip or better and save money for added enjoyment on your vacation. Anyone who uses this agency would be nuts. They don’t care about their customers, just your money.
