Review content:
I've been going to Rob Roy (Viceroy) from time to time for the last couple of years. I don't mind change, as long as its for the better. I asked them why they changed the name and the decor. The reason: because they wanted to be a more upscale place. What was wrong with the not-so-upscale? Not quite sure how going for Van Gogh (old painting) to psychedelic helps that much. They also moved from being a relaxed, fun, lets hang out kind of place to a more serious, lets get in and get out kind of place. I still think it's one of the better places in Belltown, I just find it unfortunate the vibe changed for the worse. Pros: Cheap Drinks, DJ Cons: Awkward layout
