I would like to thank Max Fitness for they excellent training ability that has resulted in me losing 40 pounds. I feel 100 times better and am much stronger than when I started. Each workout is charted out so I know exactly what I have accomplished and can see goals I will soon achieve. Max Fitness workouts are the perfect combination of fun and work to keep me motivated towards my goal.\r

I recently celebrated my 35th birthday and am in better shape than I was in my 20's. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday present for myself.\r

Thank you for motivation, wealth of fitness knowledge, and his great personality that has helped me to achieve what I hadn't been able to on my own.
