I am a cocktail girl so when Kurrent opened, I had to head right over to check it out. The cocktail list sounded intruiging and I had the check out the ice bar. I had visions of it being uber cool like the ice bar in stockholm but no luck. The ice bar is actually just a small strip of ice that goes down the top of the bar. Good concept so your drink stays cold. Not so good when they put your hot appetizers on said ice strip. The appetizers were awful. \r

The drinks were good. They are doing some very cool infusions, they make their own tonic, etc. However, the bartenders copped such an attitude and were so off-putting that I don't know how they have customers. My friends and I have been 3 times in hope of finding a bartender who would actually treat us like a wecome guest or at the very least take care of the basics like get us water, make us more drinks, etc. \r
