Buyer beware, the sales person was real gifted in explaning why we should do business with mermaid, all went well until it was time to plaster, due to equipment malfunctions, not once but twice we found our yard to be a mess, with blue stoned plaster all in the grass, and also had three saws turn up missing from our garage (which they refuse to take care of). and they wont fix water sprinkler head tht they damaged. when I spoke with thw owner of the company he told me that he likes court, and that I needed to take him to court
Pros: Work did go fast
Cons: tore up lawn, in places it didnt need to be tore up, tools inside garage turned up missing while there workers were there.
