it is a SECOND HAND STORE. a lot of people can not afford exactly brand new clothes and other mothers offer reasonable prices and good condition clothing etc. try selling your things on craigslist or something if you're trying to make money. to some people, that store credit is a life saver when shopping for clothes; not everyone can afford it these days. it's amazing how many grown adults blog and bag on the simplest things. lol
