Beware of these guys SPITZER.... Cheating... Cheating... Just Cheating...\r \r Issues reported: Miss firing of spark plug, Steering wheel noise, Engine light because of these issues.\r \r Read good about SPITZER in internet and we travelled all along 70 Miles up and down to repair my friend's Jaquar S-Type. Initially they have seen the vehicle and estimated the repair cost for around $500-700. Later they called and said it costs $2000. We already dropped the vehicle so wanted it to be repaired believing all issues will be fine after that. We went to pick up the vehicle after repair. All looks fine when we took the vehicle, when we hit interstate the engine light again popped up, then miss firing happend again and steering was also not good as expected. Next day we went n dropped again travelling 70 miles. Third day we went to pick up they said all are fine and they took the car for a test drive for 40 miles which they did not do on the first repair instance. What a stupidity? doing so would have saved their time, our time, our money... All top of it, they charged $75 for the repair saying the plugs fried because of miss fire for which only we paid 2k the previous day. We took the vehicle and came back to our place drove the car for couple of days the ball bearings on the steering wheel blasted due to poor fittings by this Spitzzer's mechanic. Now again need to spend $2000 to fix that. With this amount would have gone to a Jaquar dealer and fixed things. Our sincere advise would be, DO NOT EVEN THINK TO Go TO SPITZER, INDY.
