Businiess name:  The Wild Garlic

Review content:
I have eaten in a lot of restaurants, being in the industry, but the Wild Garlic is by far the best. Tucked just on the edge of downtown Bellingham, this cozy little spot is worth checking out. When you walk in the front door you are greeted by the friendly wait staff and shown to a booth(the whole restaurant is booths) given awesome bread to dip in fresh roasted garlic oil and balsamic and a choice from a great wine and beer list. If you go for an appetizer, you have got to try the calamari. It is flash cooked, not fried, soooo good. I have also had the curried crab crostini which was also great. For a main course i always have the Eifords stuffed filet which is a huge filet mingon stuffed with roasted garlic, carmelized onions, and gorgonzola. It is the best steak you'll ever have. My husband prefers either the stuffed lamb (feta, pine nuts, and spinach) or the pork, which they roast with cherries and hazelnuts. We go for every aniversary and birthday. Great place to impress out of town guests or business clients. You have to eat there, you'll understand. Pros: Great food, friendly staff, love the wine! Cons: Generally need a reservation(very popular)
