Businiess name:  Express Tire

Review content:
WORST experience ever! Stopped to get a flat tire with one small nail in it patched and put back on before my 60 mile commute, when the guy took my tire away out of my view to ""check"" it he then brought it back with a huge gash/rip that had not previously been there telling me the tire was no longer usable. Being a young inexperienced female I fell for the trap of the $14.88 oil change because the man insisted that with the deal they would fill my tires with air and rotate them for me. AFTER going through the full inspection of my vehicle an hour and a half later as he was billing me the man tells me that they filled my ""empty"" coolant reservoir with water (which any experienced mechanic would know NOT to do) and i now have a 350$ leak in my water pump for my radiator. I did NOT have these problems before I was totally scammed and I walked away with more damage than i had before. They must have thought i would return for more business, instead I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and report them as well as continue to share my story so that more people do not experience the same thing. Times are tough but not so tough that you have to scam customers into more business. BAD CHOICE.
