My wife and I took the kids bowling tonight and we switched lanes several times because none of the equipment worked properly. Whenever we asked for help we were met with contempt from the staff. When we had finally had enough and asked for a refund the lone employee (a 16 year old girl) had to call another employee (who she said was not the manager) to get help. She said she didn't want to get in trouble. So we stood at the counter for 25 minutes waiting on the non-manager she called to come and be belligerent and belittling. He would not give us a full refund even though we each (4 of us) only bowled one frame before we became exasperated with the equipment and the service. So, if being treated poorly by teenagers is your idea of fun, I highly recommend you visit the place. I now understand why there was only one other family bowling there on a 90-degree Saturday night.
