They are very down to earth and honest, a real mom and pop type of business. I've been ripped off before at the big chains where they are misleading when they can tell that I don't know much about cars, trying to persuade me into buying services and parts I don't even need, and even giving me bad advice on how to take care of my car. These guys are great! I shop local and use local small businesses whenever I can instead of the chains because they are always real people who are members of your community and actually care about the work they do and the people they help.... and really know their trade!
