I had an unfortunate experience at this store. The entire bridal party had come together from all over the country and in addition drove 45 minutes to reach the store because they carried a certain designer in which we were interested. Instead of being accomodating and personal (as stated on the web site), the staff refused to help us unless we expressed intent to purchase from them. In fact, they wouldn't even take measurements unless we placed an order. Because of these things and the poor attitude of the staff, the atmosphere was not inviting like one might expect. \r

The only concern of this staff is to push the customer to order. On multiple occasions during our visit we felt as if we were being pressured to make decisions. I would never recommend visiting this store for your bridal needs.
