RIP OFF!!!!! BEWARE!! I went in to have my implant dentures fixed and was quoted a fair price. I gave 1/2 upfront for the remainder to be paid when job was done. Fair enough. He sent my dentures to the lab to have a cracked tooth fixed. It took 3 weeks to get them back and he did an in office soft gel relign. After discussing how my dentures did not look the same, I just asked for what he did do to be charged for and then give me a refund. After 1/2 hr+ Barbara the bookkeeper came in saying all that was done came to exactly 1,000.00. Funny how that worked out huh? So, for a in office soft gel relign and fixing a broken tooth, it cost $1,000.00!!! This was a rip off in the first degree. And when I called the office to talk to Barbara she just hung up on me. How unprofessional is that? Also, never asked for my dentures to be modified but it was stated they were.I was wondering why I couldn't talk right and kept biting my lip annnd nothing but gum shows! I asked him what happened and he just deflected from the issue at hand. Which was my dentures don't look as good as before he sent them to the lab. He then made an attempt to give me the run-a-round..did not work..
