Businiess name:  Allure Window Treatments

Review content:
Hello, I most definitely do not recommend Allure window treatments to any of my friends or family members. Their prices are based on how your house looks from the inside and outside because two different customers can get two different prices on exactly the same product. Not only have I paid double for what it should have I was also misguided on the materials that I was getting. Unfortunately I had to learn my lesson the hard way. I was told the shutters I ordered were made out of the real wood... Well, 4 months later, thanks to my friend, I found out that they are made out of the fake wood. When Allure got to my house to install the product, it turned out that they have ordered the wrong shutters. 2 weeks later, finally the ""RIGHT"" product arrived. Yet the shutters were still much smaller than my window frames, so I ended up with a 2 inch gap on every side which was then caulked and explained to me that that is how it is supposed to be. This is not fair to any customer and this is very poor business practice. I have read the reviews and I think that most of them are about as real as the “WOOD” shutters I got. Please do your homework before you commit to any company and especially this one, otherwise you will end up in my shoes.
