Nine years and four months after the job shingles begin to fall off.\r
Not willing to check to see if shingles are defective or if the workmanship was at fault.\r
I was left with no warranty information.\r
I was left with no extra shingles.\r
At first contact of the problem I was told, ""We will check it out."" No one showed up. Two phone messages left were ignored. Then when I finally made contact again I was told it wasn't worth their time or mileage if it wasn't at least a $200 job. They say I was 3 months late paying them for the second job they did for me, but I got no invoice from that job...yet they DID get paid.\r
I am disappointed in their lack of pride for their own work, so they will NOT work for me again.\r
