I have taken a dropped camera once and a dropped AF lens once into them thinking I needed significant repair and parts. Both times they checked the issues, were able to immediately correct the problem and both times THERE WAS NO CHARGE! The gentleman/owner is struggling as camera repair in the digital age is a losing game, and they may close, but they have given me incredibly good service and consideration and there was no attempt to make more of the situation than it required. I read the negative reviews after my first experience and wondered if we were talking about the same shop. After my second experience, I do not believe the negative reviews at all
