My computer that stored all of my business files recently went down. Everything was working fine one minute and the next- it was gone. I tried everything to no avail to get it up and running again but it was not meant to be. I found 2 companies in Charlotte that recover data. The first one was on Independence Blvd. It was 2:30pm when I called them, and found out that they close most days at 3pm....WHAT IS THAT??? Must be nice! I also found out they wanted to charge me $1500 to recover my data. So needless to say, I called the other company (Rewave) and spoke to someone right away. I dropped off my hard drive around 4pm and was told they would begin work on it right away. They called me at 7pm and told me they had recovered my data. I was impressed at how quickly they worked me in their schedule and finished my job. That night, I was copying my data back onto my new computer and my business was back up and running the next day. Thanks Rewave!
Pros: fast, great customer service, valuable service
Cons: expensive, but cheaper than other companies
