I have lived in Austin 10 years. I have had a hard time having hairstylists accurately interpret what I was looking for, I often came out blonder with a straight cut rather than medium brown and curly, which is what I am !! Bill actually got the fact that I wanted to work with what I have and accommodated my request brilliantly.
Pros: Great Interpreter
Cons: A bit of sticker shock-I should have asked for pricing prior
