Businiess name:  Cheng's Fine Restaurants

Review content:
When Cheng's Beijing opened it was something special. The portions were very nice. The food and quality was excellent after visiting several times in the first two months. 4 months later the floor was dirty and the food was just not the same. The Mango Shrimp that I ordered two months earlier with a visiting friend from Australia was the best shrimp dish either of us had experienced at a Chinese restaurant on either side of the Pacific. 4 months later the shrimp were half the size, less of a portion and fried in old dirty grease making it unapealing. The chicken wings were the same size as we originally experienced but the oil was old and the chicken came out extremely rare in the middle. If you are listening Mr. Cheng please get back to the standards you had when you first opened. We will pay for quality and consistancy. Pros: They know how to cook if allowed to do so Cons: Money saving tactics will close this place
