Review content:
My wife and I visited rippy's for the first time this past weekend and we were very impressed by the food. We went on a sunday afternoon and they weren't that busy so we sat at the bar to watch the game. I ordered the sampler basket and my wife had the pulled pork with corn cakes. First of all the ribs were out of this world! they weren't the type of BBQ most people are used to, they are a dry BBQ (seasoned and smoked but no sauce). The buffalo wings were also great they were nice and crispy not to mention spicy. The basket also came with sliced tenderloin that tasted fine but was a bit dry. Next time I'll just order the wings as a starter and the get the ribs. My wife loved her sandwich and her corn cakes she said the were just like granny made them when she was a kid (Granny is from rural alabamma). The service was promp and polite and the place was very clean. We went to rippys on the recomendation of a friend from wisconsin and we thank him for the tip.
