so i'm directing the review toward the kindercare in plymouth meeting, pa area. they're NEW! and so are we to the area. we thought that was a wonderful school. but boy were we wrong. the staff come and go (here today gone tomorrow) the directors change frequently there was hardly any structure and the excuse of we're new was heard way too many times. just anyone can get into the lobby where it was rare to greet a staff member when you first walk in. that doesn't seem to safe to me. i felt that i wasn't taken serious when i voiced my opinions. one teacher i over heard ""screaming"" and POINTING in a 3yr. olds face. ohhh and there's more! for the short period of time we were enrolled it was just one thing after another. we loved the facility at first we thought we made a great decision...we thought wrong! luckily we found another place that was able to accommodate our family. on top of everything the outside play area is lacking big time. what were we thinking? parents please do more research than we did when you're looking for a childcare provider.
