My pool table purchase with them went very smooth. Later on I ordered some other equipment. The peice was damaged by the supplier. The team was very apologetic and made every effort to fix the issue promptly. They did an exceptional job communicating with me (calling me and giving me status updates rather than me having to hound them for information). It's pleasant to know that 'should something go wrong' they will work to fix it in a professional & responsible manner.
Pros: They have fair prices & they fix issues
