I love Jun's sushi, I would even say its the best sushi I've ever had. But both locations have horrible sevice. The waitstaff is rude, they ignore you, and when they mess up, they don't make it right. I had ordered a vegetable tempura to-go and instead got all mushrooms which I hate. I called and they said I could get a new one next time, took my info, and when I called back to get the tempura, the lady was literally yeling at me telling me that she didn't have my name anywhere. That's the only time I've had to deal with a messed up order but everytime I eat there, I take it to-go. I've never had a server that made me feel welcome or comfortable. They seem like they have some place else to be... and in the service industry, that is not how things should be done.
