I recently enrolled in a dental plan, and was asked to chose a dentist. I chose Duane Branch since it was near by. I didn't do any research on this dentist or visit the office assuming these ppl were professional. Well..let me get to the point here...I tried to call this office several times to get an appointment..the first time they needed something faxed over proving that I had insurance..then the next few times I got the answering machine saying they were away from the desk working on a patient and they would return my call as soon as possible!!! Well I left two messages on two different days giving all my information & pretty much begging for an appointment at this point since I had a very bad toothache. I never did receive a call back. I called again the following day to see what the deal was and the receptionist said she was checking a patient out and took my info down & promised she would call me back...she never did! I then called again & got the machine. I left another message stating that I was a bit upset that I hadn't received a call & that I had left messages before and was really needing an appointment...but nothing!!! I am sooooo disappointed and so frustrated!! I can't believe that these ppl r still in business. They basically made me feel like I wasn't important. I am still in pain, but I refuse to call again to try to get an appointment so I'd rather endure the pain and find another dentist! I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
Pros: nearby, but couldn't even get an appt!!!
Cons: unprofessional!!
