I called to make an appointment with a doc I had already seen there. Would not answer basic questions about a general consult. Would not schedule an appointment without a specific treatment already in mind.IWhen they called to confirm they had scheduled me with another doc. I said I had specifically asked for ""my doc"" and wanted to see her since she was the reason I had called to schedule an appointment. Handed over two more times and told she was not available on the day of my scheduled appointment and could not reschedule for another month. Thought about just going somewhere else but did not.
