Review content:
Maybe I've been incredibly unlucky here, but I brought my car in for a rattling sound, and they insisted the muffler system I had bought only a year ago had rusted and needed to be completely replaced. When they were done, the car continued to rattle as I drove back to work! They got it fixed for a 2-3 days, and then it would start rattling again. After 4 follow-up visits, I still couldn't believe the issue wasn't fixed. Finally I gave up and took my car to a different muffler place where they fixed the issue in 15-minutes, at no charge. The guys at Midas were certainly friendly, but they were out for sales and had no idea how to trouble-shoot or weld effectively.
Pros: Friendly sales people
Cons: Poor trouble-shooting skills, poor welding skills..all about making a sale
