Yesterday, 5/7/09 was the worst experience of my life at this location. Most of the customers where there for one purpose for the free chicken meal that Oprah was offering. Out of 35 people that where in line, our coupon was the only one that was not accepted, why I ask? She said the coupon was altered yet I printed it of the same website everyone else did and it looked just like the ones that everyone else was giving her. I dont think my skin was dark enough for her thats really what I think. I live in this area and will never ever ever go back to this location and I hope that no one else does either. My family and I where humiliated in front of so many people and when I told the manager that I would be calling corporate she then said that she was sorry but before that I compared coupons to the ones that she was accepting, she never took responsibility and turned my family away after sitting in line for 45 minutes with 4 children. Pros: Close to home Cons: Manager was against my family
