I don't work for another heating company so I'm not trying to discredit the competition, rather I would hate anyone to suffer the same fate we did. Basically, Sunset Heating and Cooling have been to our house to ""fix"" our furnace numerous times. Every time they came, something different was wrong and something else needed replacing, which I get, things ware out. However, we recently found out that we paid over 3 times the amount for what it should have cost to fix a motor in the furnace and with the amount we've paid this company to date, we could have had a new furnace installed. You do what you have to do when you're in a fix and hope you can trust ""professionals"" when they come to your house to ""fix"" things. Very simply, do NOT trust Sunset Heating and Cooling, you will pay way over the odds for poor work.
