I'm fairly new to memphis, I am a doctor in internal medicine. After being here for only a year, many of my accounts have fallen behind. I know the economy is in the poorhouse, but come on people. I used two collection acencies here that promised me this and that. What I didn't know is that all of my small accounts meant little to them. So after 6months, I decided to go a different route. I had a visit from a salesman from Transworld systems, who claimed to have a high recovery rate because they treat every collection the same. I hesitated, but I knew my options were slim, so I went for it. I finally started to get checks from my patients sent directly to my business within a month, and after three months, collected over half my bad accounts. Now I have extra money I didn't think I'd ever see. I highly recommend using them, rather than wasting time with collection agencies that take a chunk of your hard earned bucks. Ask for John Ogles in sales.
Pros: thumbs up! i got a LOT of MY hard earned money back. Friendly staff... inexpensive
Cons: have to pay for services upfront, but I got so much more back in return with in 3 months I was receiving many unpaid bills.
