I have been shopping at this store since at least right after september 11th. The first time I visited it was by far one of my favorite places to go in Brooklyn. The last time I went this past summer- I had gone into to purchase some incense and a new roll on perfume. I already knew what I needed so I grabbed it and went to the counter. Another customer had come in after me and had received help from the cashier. The cashier then asked me to move out of the way so the customer who came in after me could pay. I had already been standing there waiting to pay. And fine I said okay. But since then I have not shopped there nor will I. I expected better customer service from this store. I know my features - sometimes people think I'm a teenager and think they can treat me like one. But I am a 30 year old woman who has a higher expectation of customer service. I work in retail I know how it should be done. I am very disappointed. And will find a store that is just as good if not better when it comes to merchandise. Pros: Excellent Products Cons: Customer service
