We had brunch there recently. Unbeknownst to us, they had a celebrety chef doing a demo in the kitchen that day. So, one member of our party received his entre promptly but his soup and the entres for the the rest of us arrived 50 minutes later. The staff apologized repeatedly for the delay - but wouldn't it have made more sense to shut down the restaurant while the kitchen was in use for other purposes? Very poor management. But the worst sin - the food when it did finally arrive was cold and not at all worthy of the rave reviews posted by others here. My Scallops Oscar was nasty - overcooked congealed poached eggs on a pasty biscuit topped with a 1/2 teaspon dollop of crabmeat, surrounded by cold, singed, over-salted yet undercooked scallops.
