Review content:
I called to make an appointment as a first time patient after my doctor recommended me to see someone. Having no experience with a psychiatrist I really just wanted information. When I asked what he specialized in the lady who answers the phone demanded that I know what I'm calling about already. I told her I wasn't sure, just a general visit with a psychiatrist would do, but she barked back something about how I need to have a specific reason to see the doctor. Isn't it the psychiatrists job to help diagnose me?
Finally she put me on hold after arguing with me about which days I COULDN'T see the doctor, and I just hung up. I couldn't believe how rude this hag could be over the phone, but I guess I'm not surprised after reading the reviews here. I was nothing but polite to her the whole time, I wonder how bad the doctor is and I feel sorry for anyone who gets that far.
Cons: Treated horribly before you walk in the door.
