I've been going to these guys for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. When I first got into riding I went to a bunch of shops and they all tried to sell me something I did need. Keswick was the first shop to listen and get me on a bike that was perfect for my needs. I was able to take a few bikes home and test ride them on my normal route and not just in streets by the shop. That was great! The guys fit me for the bike and made sure I was very comfortable with everything before I left.
They are a very busy shop and can do minor repairs like flat tires for you on the spot. But you should plan your tune ups in advance. In seasn they can be out a week or two. You can schedule service with them just like you would do for your car. They will even drop off your bike for you at your house or office if you have a tight schedule.
Pros: knowledgable staff, very helpful, vey patient
