Review content:
This company made several attempts to fix my washer and simply made it worse. They left my house telling us it was fixed and it clearly wasn't. When we pointed out how it wasn't right before they left they refused to acknowledge it. Needless to say, the washer was worse the next morning when we ran the first cycle through it. An attempt to get them back to fix their mistakes fell on deaf ears. The initial problem with our rinse cycle resulted when the technician dropped the washer when working under it. Needless to say, he blamed my wife saying there was detergent under the washer that made it slip. Again, they refuse to take ownership of what they do.
Cons: Not very friendly and only worried about $$.
