Review content:
This place is okay if this is your first apartment and you don't have many belongings. They are very small apartments. However, they serve the purpose if you don't plan on staying long. I have a few complaints about this place. One would have to be the lack of customer service when it comes to the management/maintainance staff. They are not very kind to the existing tenants. A real sm@ck in the face for the $$ you put out for this tiny crawl space. My second complaint would be the ro@ches, myce and other miscellaneous critters. I lived there for 2 years, upon several requests, not once was a exterminator sent to my apartment! My third complaint would be the disrespectfully loud neighbors and the lack of parking. They tie at number 3. All those combined chased me out of there as soon as I had enough money for a new place.
Pros: Cheap, quiet off street (at times) & cute
Cons: Terrible parking, loud/scary neighbors, poor management team
