Review content:
This used to be the best place for transmission work. That's right, USED to be. The shop is under new ownership under the old name. They refuse to stand behind their work. After replacing my transmission with a used transmission I noticed a problem before I even left their property. I immediately went back into their office and was told that they test drove the car and found no issues. When I took it to my regular mechanic I was told that there were problems with the transmission. Had they actually test drove the car (or been honest) they would have heard the noise it was making when decelerating. In fact there was no way that they could have not heard the noise. Even if they had the radio blasting it still would have been audible.
Pros: Work was done quickly (I wonder why?)
Cons: Don't stand behind their work, try to pass off shoddy work as great, not honest
