Review content:
I was less than impressed with my recent experience at Lush Hair Salon. When I first arrived at the salon the colorist quickly whipped up the dye (for my highlights) without asking me what shade of blond I wanted. Also, the colorist neglected to ask me what technique of highlights I desired (thin, chunky). I feel there was a profound lack of communication between my colorist and I. As a result, my highlights were streaky and uneven, in a boring unblended yellow that was way too light for my base. There was nothing individual, creative, refreshing, or ""lush"" about the look in which I was given. I would strongly suggest that YOU make sure you and your stylist are on the same wave length before the foils are set. However, as professionals they shouldn't have to be reminded of this. Don't say I didn't warn you! Pros: Lavish Decor
