The guys that work here are so sweet and polite... but don't be fooled.
I bought my first car here 3 months ago. I was told when I purchased it that it had been in a very minor fender bender with no significant damage and that it had been under their immaculate inspection. Yeah right....
Soon after I purchased the car, I started hearing some weird noises. I took it to the Lexus dealership and after it being there for an ENTIRE WEEK getting so many things replaced that were broken and faulty, the noise STILL isn't gone. And to top all of that off, the dealer told me that that accident was actually a serious one that lead to the car being towed from the scene and the entire back half of the car has been repainted! I feel completely scammed.
Just go buy your car somewhere else.
