Review content:
On on the morning of 08/11/09 (Tuesday) at 8:15 AM I put a few dollars into a change machine and only received eleven quarters in return at the location of the Wash N Dry that was empty in Santa Rosa, CA. I grabbed all of the coins, found a machine that was clean and applied the amount of $2.25 to wash a load of dirty laundry with only fifty cents left over for drying at the Wash N Dry. At around 8:30 AM - the owner a middle aged Asian male came into the Wash N Dry and I immediately explained that I put a few dollars into the change machine and only got 11 quarters and that was the fourth time that it had happened in two Months. He returned by saying that the problem was that the change machine was built in America and if it was Hitachi or Samsung I would have gotten the correct amount of quarters all four Times. He then quickly left the Wash N Dry. I did not get my quarter returned from the owner of the Wash N Dry. I 100% confident that many other people just getting by have gotten ripped off by the owner that doesn't want to either fix the change machine or remove it from the from building of the Wash N Dry. There is no contact information in the building to get a hold of the owner of the Wash N Dry. I have washed and dried my clothes in that building at least twenty times in the last two months and this is the only time I ever made contact with the owner of the Wash N Dry. The result of the conversation when I tried to explain the problem was that the owner of the Wash N Dry came up with a lousy excuse of the change machine being built in America and left the building quickly to avoid a reimbursement of my Quarter. Wash N Dry 711 Stony Point Road Suite 16 Santa Rosa, CA. 95407 707-527-1740 The change machine is numbered 4 next to the entrance of the Wash N Dry with the following serial number: 21511 and made in Grand Rapid, Michigan. Cons: Change Machine #4 Short Changes Quarters
