Carter Manor seems like it would be a nice place to live. There are many attractions near Cartor Manor like bars, restaurants,baseball stamium,and shopping malls.The only thing that I don't like about Carter Manor is that their ad is always in the papaer every Sunday that I get it.I filled out an application about a years ago and everytime that I called them they would tell me the same thing every week to call back. Why would they tell people to call back in a week if they know that they do not have any vancies?What is the purpose of keep paying to have an ad in the paper? It is always full. If I were you I wouldn't even waste my time filling out an application
Pros: Good area with a lot of activity and entertainment
Cons: Never any vancies
