Review content:
We dropped our car off and went to a Browns game. There was nothing posted about what time they closed for the evening. We came back to the garage to get our car after the game, but there were a line of people out the door waiting for their keys. We went next door for a bite to eat and came back 45 minutes later to see the door closed and locked and the lights off. There was a sign saying to go around the corner and ring the bell. Nobody at the security desk. After 35 minutes of banging on every door connected to the building and calling the number on the valet ticket, only to hear the phone inside the dark garage ringing to coincide with my calling.... A passing security guard in the garage opened the door and let us retrieve our car.
Pros: Somewhat convenient location
Cons: No sign indicating that they lock up a half hour after the game ends.
